What we collect

When you request a quote or book a cleaning, we collect the information needed to provide the service: your name, email address, phone number, service address, home details (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage), access instructions you choose to give us, and payment details, which are processed by our booking and payment provider and are not stored on this website.

When you contact us by email, phone or text, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and keep a record of your requests.

This website itself collects only the anonymous, aggregate usage data a standard web server records. It does not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To schedule, perform and follow up on your cleaning; to send booking confirmations, reminders and receipts; to process payment; to respond to questions and resolve any concern about a visit; and to let you know about changes to our services or policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Your details are shared with the cleaner assigned to your home, to the extent they need them to do the job, and with the software providers that run our booking, scheduling, payment and email systems. Those providers process your information on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers. Access instructions, key locations and door codes are treated as confidential and shared only with the cleaner attending your home.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@napervilleclean.com or calling 630-687-8701. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time using the link in the message.
